The Institute is housed in a state of art building of eight floors, with a covered area of about 1,00,000 sq. ft. It has the following key facilities :-

Twelve Class Rooms and tutorial rooms.

Five training kitchens with the best equipment available in India and features which are one of a kind in any hotel management institute in India. The number of kitchens will go up to seven over the next couple of years.

A well stocked Library.

A computer centre with Wi-Fi internet facility for 24 hours connectivity, freely available to our students.

A students dining hall.

A students training restaurant.

A fine dining restaurant.

Outdoor lounge for relaxing and informal working.

Front office and Housekeeping labs.

Indoor and outdoor sports facilities.

A gym with all the modern machines and a planned swimming pool.

Facilities for entertainment and cultural activities of students including TV, CD and DVD players.

A hostel for optional stay of the students on the campus. The girls’ hostel is currently being run off campus, but will be housed in a new building on the campus soon.

For day scholars, we provide transport facilities for a daily to and fro commuting from Delhi and Noida at reasonable charges.


The Institute is located in a state of the art building, covering about 1,00,000 sq. ft. area in a sprawling plot of land in Knowledge Park - III in Greater Noida, close to Delhi.	It is conveniently, located just off the Express Highway from Noida to Greater Noida and is only about 45 minutes away from Noida and some parts of South Delhi.
