Prosenjit Chandra, BHMCT, Hotel Graduate from West Bengal University of Technology, Has done MTM from IGNOU. He has joined TAJ as Management Trainee, then posted as CDP in Taj Bengal, Kolkata, Joined DSMS, Durgapur, West Bengal as Lecturer. Joined RIG, Greater Noida as Astt. Professor in 2012, joined IEC Group of Institution for 6 months and then again joined back to RIG on January 2014.
Mr. Surender singh bisht joined as Assistant Professor – Food Production and Bakery & Patisserie. He has completed B.Sc. (Hospitality and Hotel Admin.) from IHM, Gurdaspur, in 2010 followed by Certified Hospitality Trainer course in 2011 from IHM, Gurdaspur, Punjab. In addition, he has been enrolled in PG in 2017 from Uttarakhand University. He has more than six years of experience both in academics and Industry.

Mr. Kamal Sharma holds post graduates diploma in Hotel Management . He is graduated in B.sc Hotel Management from IHM, Pusa & pursuing Masters Degree in Human resource & Industry Relations from I.G.N.O.U. He has worked with ITC Hotels and Mc'donalds. He teaches Food & Beverages service to the students of graduate level. His endless capacity for resilience, perseverance and self-motivation make him really proud of.
Ms. Swagata Chatterjee- Assistant Professor Ms. Swagata Chatterjee is an alumni of IHM,Kolkata (Specialization in Food & Beverage Service) & have completed her Masters in Hotel and Hospitality Administration from IHM,Pusa. She started her career as a Management Trainee in Lemon Tree Hotels & have worked with renowned brands like The Oberoi, New Delhi & Hyatt Regency, New Delhi. Currently she is working as a Assistant Professor in the institute & taking subjects like F&B Service, Facility Planning & Human Resource for both Bachelor’s Degree student as well as MBA.

Mr. Kapil Sharma is a Masters in Computer Science from M.D. Univesity. He also holds diploma in e-commerce and web technologies. Presently he is holding the post of IT Manager and faculty in computer science. His relentless efforts have been responsible for making various IT and communication system related projects operational in the institute in a record time
