She is Michelin Star chef in the Michelin Guide and was awarded with Two Suns in the Repsol Guide. Presently she is working as General manager with ignite colleges – Auckland, New Zealand.

Chef Akshay Malhotra graduated in Food and Beverage Management from the world’s top culinary school, The Culinary Institute of America, U.S.A. with the L’Academie de Brillat-Savarin Chaine des Rotisseurs. Young Chef Award. As Executive Chef with ITC Hotels, Chef Malhotra has run luxury, business and resort properties for the group. He is currently involved with Government and Private Research and Educational Institutes in areas as diverse as flavour, taste, food processing, genetics and gastronomy.
